On February 25, 2024, I decided to place an order on the GreenWhey website, influenced by the positive reviews of “Bananamo” regarding chocolate-flavored whey and glycine. However, my purchasing experience was disappointing in many ways. In this article, I will tell you about my experience with these two products as well as my decision not to order from them in the future.
Whey with chocolate flavor
I was particularly excited to try this chocolate-flavored whey that Bananamo praised so much. Unfortunately, from the first use, I was very disappointed with the product. The taste was nowhere near as tasty as had been described in reviews I had read previously. The texture was also not pleasant in the mouth: too thick and lumpy.
I tried several ways to prepare this whey (with milk or water), but nothing worked: the result remained unsatisfactory. I therefore wanted to share my opinion by writing a negative review on this product to help future buyers make an informed choice.
Wisteria
As for glycine, I was expecting a quality food supplement, capable of improving my recovery after exercise and promoting collagen synthesis. However, I was disappointed once again by this GreenWhey product.
Indeed, I did not notice any significant improvement in terms of recovery or elasticity of the skin despite regular use for several weeks. I had also read that this glycine was supposed to have a neutral taste and dissolve easily in drinks, but again, the result did not correspond to my expectations: the taste was unpleasant and the dissolution was not uniform.
As with chocolate flavored whey, I wanted to share my disappointing experience by writing a negative review on this product. However, it turned out that my comment was never published on the GreenWhey site.
Non-publication of negative reviews
I found it very frustrating that my two negative reviews for these products were not published on their website. I wondered if this was due to a technical error or if GreenWhey was being biased by choosing to only post positive reviews.
This led me to question the integrity of the site and the reliability of other reviews on their products. How can we be sure that they truly reflect consumer opinion?
My decision to no longer order from GreenWhey
Given this disappointing experience, I have decided not to order from the GreenWhey website in the future. The quality of the products I tested did not meet my expectations and the non-publication of my negative reviews left me with a bitter taste.
I believe it is important for consumers to have access to honest and transparent reviews in order to make informed choices. By choosing not to publish certain negative comments, GreenWhey undermines this transparency and thus loses my trust as a customer.
